Browse the cellar with current quantities per bottle and storage location, scoped to your active site, so what you tell a guest matches what is actually there.
Add bottles as they arrive
Enter new arrivals from the bottle in front of you, with search against the shared catalogue so records stay consistent instead of accumulating near-duplicates.
Movements and audit trail
Log pours, opens and adjustments where they happen, and read the movement history for any bottle. Variance stays visible instead of surfacing weeks later at stocktake.
Cellar value and stats
Check bottle counts, cellar value and recent activity without opening a laptop, using the same figures the web dashboard reports.
Alerts that reach you
Push notifications for messages and program activity, per category, in your language. Everything respects the notification preferences on your account.
Multi-site switching

Getting in
One account, both surfaces
Sign in with the same Vinius account you use on the web. Your organisations, roles and site access carry over exactly as they are, and nothing needs to be set up twice.
iPhone today
The app is available for iPhone on the App Store. An Android build is in development and is not released yet, so there is nothing to install on Android at this point.
Access is by invitation
Vinius operates on an invitation basis. This is not scarcity for its own sake, it is how we make sure every program starts on solid foundations. If you run a serious wine program or cellar, request access and we will take it from there.

- Is there a Vinius app for iPhone?
- Yes. Vinius: Wine OS is available for iPhone on the App Store. It is a free download and you sign in with your existing Vinius account, so your organisations, roles and site access carry over from the web platform.
- Is the Vinius app available on Android?
- Not yet. An Android build is in development and has not been released, so there is nothing to install on Android at this point. The Vinius web platform works in a mobile browser in the meantime.
- Do I need a Vinius account to use the mobile app?
- Yes. Vinius is invitation-only, and the mobile app signs in to an existing account rather than creating one. If you do not have access yet, request it through the founding program and onboarding is guided.
- What can you do in the Vinius mobile app?
- Browse live stock per bottle and storage location, log pours, opens and adjustments, read the movement history for any bottle, add new arrivals, record structured tasting notes, check cellar value and recent activity, switch between organisations and sites, and receive push notifications per category in your language.
- Does the mobile app use the same data as the web platform?
- Yes. The app is a working surface on the same system of record, scoped to the same active site. There is no separate cellar list to keep in sync: a movement logged on a phone in the cellar is the same audited record the web dashboard reports.
- Can sommeliers and floor staff use it during service?
- That is what it is for. Stock counts, deliveries and guest questions happen away from a desk, so the app puts current quantities, movements and history where the wine actually is. What staff tell a guest matches what is in the cellar.
