Quick answer
In Vinius, access works in two steps:
- Role permissions decide what a person is allowed to do.
- Plan limits decide how much your organization can use.
That means someone can have permission for an action and still hit a plan limit, for example the maximum number of users or wine cards.
Core plan limits
Current as of July 2026.
| Limit | Free | Professional | Premium | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Users | 3 | 10 | 15 | Unlimited |
| Sites | 1 | 2 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Wine cards | 3 | 5 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Digital wine cards | 1 | 2 | 5 | Unlimited |
| AI chats per month | 10 | 25 | 50 | Unlimited |
What this means in practice
- A user can hold the right role and still be blocked by your plan limit.
- An owner or admin can invite users, but invitations stop once your user limit is reached.
- A manager can create wine cards, but creation stops once your wine card limit is reached.
- Publishing digital wine cards can be allowed by role, yet blocked when your plan has no remaining digital-card capacity.
